B2B Email Step-Up: List Compiling In The Digital Age

B2B list compiling is an old and cherished discipline. It requires great front-end effort and painstaking back-end follow-up.

Prospect Wallet has introduced an enhanced B2B email list in response to what it says is demand for up-to-date, legally compliant contact information. The file has over 50 million records.

The goal of this effort is to “help businesses connect with the right decision makers faster, improve campaign performance, and ultimately drive long-term, sustainable growth," says Mohamed Abubakar Siddiq A, founder & CEO of Prospect Wallet.

According to the company, the enhanced file features:

  • Broader data coverage across industries and regions
  • Advanced segmentation capabilities
  • Customization tailored to specific business goals
  • Enhanced data accuracy and reliability
  • Access to verified professionals and decision-makers
  • Industry-specific contact lists for targeted outreach
  • 95% email deliverability rate
  • CASS-certified data for higher accuracy
  • Detailed profiles including role, company size, location, and more

Where does Prospect Wallet get its information? Its website cites:

  • White pages and event-driven sources
  • New business filings
  • Daily utility connections
  • Press releases
  • Corporate websites
  • Annual reports
  • User-generated feedback
  • Thousands of U.S. and Canadian Yellow Page directories

Frankly, these are very traditional sources: B2B compilers were using some of them over 100 years ago.

But we are now in the digital era, and email senders have to adhere to laws like GDPR and CCPA.

People change jobs faster than they did, and many are working at home in businesses that could not have been imagined years ago. There is a need for real-time information.

Certainly, there are other strong B2B databases out there. But it is nice to see the old game moving forward.
