Taco Bell Collab With Bad Birdie Fits Next-Gen Golfers

Taco Bell has joined forces with a hot Gen Z golf apparel brand for it latest collaboration.

Bad Birdie, a golf wear company that targets young golfers with trendy fashions, has just dropped the Taco Bell x Bad Birdie limited-edition merch capsule collection. “

The line, available on BadBirdieGolf.com while supplies last, includes pullovers, hats and golf accessories.

The collab extended to the new Taco Bell x Bad Birdie Invitational, a competition for 16 junior golfers to win a chance to play with pro golfers, held this week at Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, California. The two-day tournament brought together 16 junior golfers to compete for a chance to earn sponsor exemptions at the Ford Championship presented by Wild Horse Pass and the Puerto Rico Open. The sponsor exemption means that the winners will get “the chance to tee off in one real pro event each.”

The invitational’s mission is “to give back and uplift the communities these athletes represent,” and Taco Bell will also make a $2,500 grant to one mission-aligned nonprofit selected by each participating junior golfer, totaling $40,000 in grants.

“Taco Bell and Bad Birdie are both known for rewriting the rules and are rebels in their own right in their industries,” a Taco Bell representative told Marketing Daily. “By combining Taco Bell’s Live Más mindset with Bad Birdie’s expressive, disruptive golf aesthetic, the partnership brings fresh energy to a historically traditional sport and empowers the next generation of athletes to show up boldly, on and off the course.”
