London-based digital
marketing agency Croud has unveiled a new service designed to help clients understand how they appear in AI-powered search environments like ChatGPT as well as all other channels.
The agency
says the impetus for the developing the offering was ChatGPT’s becoming one of the top-5 most visited platforms in the US and Europe.

The service is called SearchEverywhere which is
powered by the agency’s proprietary tool, BrandAI, which provides a comprehensive view of brand sentiment and purchase intent across leading AI platforms and delivers recommendations to improve
performance in LLM search.
Croud has already tested the tool with global clients, including AllSaints, Nespresso, and North Face. All clients now have access to it.
“SearchEverywhere reflects where search is going, not where it's been,” stated Rick Stallings, Chief Data Officer at Croud. “As
generative AI changes the rules of discovery, marketers need visibility into how their brand is interpreted and ranked by machines - and then know how to act on it.”
And as platforms like
DeepSeek and Perplexity expand the ecosystem, added Stallings, the tool continues to evolve, “helping brands stay ahead in an increasingly fluid search landscape.”
The unveiling of
SearchEverywhere follows last month’s news that former longtime Publicis Media Executive Steve King has joined the agency as Chairman.
In addition to its London operation, Croud has
offices in New York, Atlanta, Shrewsbury, UK and Dubai. It has 500 fulltime staff and a global network of nearly 3,000 specialists that it utilizes on a project basis.
