
Scandinavian Designs, a nationwide retailer
of modern home furnishings, named Quad/Graphics its agency of record. Two Quad agencies: Betty, a creative agency, and Rise, a media agency, will work on the account.
The move consolidates the
client’s creative and media strategy.
Quad’s remit is to grow Scandinavian's ecommerce, revive its catalog and enhance brand awareness in the U.S. Scandinavian Designs has stores
in more than 50 U.S. markets.

According to The Harris Poll and Quad, 78% of Gen Z and Millennials appreciate brands that
add digital touchpoints to enhance physical shopping rather than replace it. In addition, 65% of shoppers across generations look forward to receiving catalogs from brands.
