Saulo Rocha has joined TBWA\Media Arts Lab, the
creative agency for Apple, as executive creative director at its Los Angeles headquarters.
He reports to Brent Anderson, global Chief Creative Officer, who said Rocha had built “a rare
and remarkable body of envy-inducing work for major brands, spanning film, film craft, activation, social, direct, ambient and everything in between.”
Rocha's career includes leadership
roles at LOLA MullenLowe as creative director, and David Madrid, where he was a founding executive creative director at its 2019 launch, eventually rising to CCO in 2022.
Cannes Lions ranked
him the No. 4 creative director worldwide in 2021. He has developed award-winning campaigns for various clients, including Burger King, Netflix, Coca-Cola, Milka, Halls and Dole.
Speaking
about his new role, Rocha said: “For as long as I can remember, Apple has been the benchmark, not just in technology, but in the way ideas are brought to life. Los Angeles breathes creativity in
every corner, and I can’t wait to roll up my sleeves with the team here.”
