Brand consultancy Redscout
has promoted two staffers: Leah Brier Bienstock has been named head of strategy, and Jasmeet Gill has been appointed deputy head of strategy.
Since joining Redscout in May, Brier Bienstock has
employed her nearly two-decades experience to drive brand and business growth for clients. As head of strategy, she will revamp the agency's strategic offerings from brand platforms to integrated
campaign strategies and go-to-market planning.
As deputy head of strategy, Gill is charged with cross-functional collaboration between strategy, design and client services. She will also
oversee talent resourcing, freelancer integration and learning and development programs.
Both staffers recently completed brand strategy projects for several Redscout clients, including
Netflix, Sephora and Nike. Redscout has engaged with Tailored Brands (Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank) on a brand reintroduction, which Brier Bienstock will lead.
“For
Redscout, seeing a new generation of strategy leaders step up is a great validation of the path we are on,” said CEO Ivan Kayser.
