Kaseya, a specialist in AI-driven security
management software, has ventured into the email space, acquiring Inky, a provider of generative AI-based email security for managed service providers MSPs and small- to-midsized
businesses.
The terms were not disclosed.
Inky will be available as a stand-alone product and as part of Kaseya 365 User.
Kaseya offers "enterprise-grade protection
to small and midsize businesses," says Rania Succar, CEO of Kaseya, in a statement.
Inky combines generative AI, behavioral analysis, and real-time user coaching to stop sophisticated
phishing and impersonation attacks, Kaseya says its announcement. Its contextual intelligence warns users of potential risks within their inbox.
In a separate development, Kaseya announced
several enhancements to its platforms at the Kaseya DattoCon 2025 conference. It unveiled Datto SIRIS 6, Datto Backup for Microsoft Entra ID and a preview of its Cyber Resiliency
platform.

Datto Siris 6 is a backup appliance for MSPs, Kaseya says.
Datto Backup for Microsoft Entra ID is a backup and recovery tool that protects identity data, a
critical theft vector, and facilitates rapid restoration after accidental deletions, misconfigurations or attacks, it adds.
The new Cyber Resiliency features include a unified view
and pooled storage for MSPs.
Kaseya is “investing with urgency to arm our MSP partners with the data, insights and tools they need,” Succar says.
