Bohan Agency Rebrands As Artists&Outlaws

Nashville's Bohan agency has rebranded. It's now Artists&Outlaws.

Its mission remains, but the new name coincides with the three-year anniversary of CEO Shari Day acquiring ownership.

Day said the name change “reflects the creative expertise we’re known for and the boundary-breaking approach we’re proud of.”

The creative tension between business and artistry inspired the new moniker.

“As brand-building experts, we’re always evaluating our own ethos and how we present in the business landscape,” Day said. She says her team has “the heart of an artist and the spirit of an outlaw, and it’s reflected in our respective disciplines. Artist&Outlaws is more than a name for us. It’s an encapsulation of how we approach every project for every client.”

Separately, Angie Roby, most recently with Dentsu International, joined the agency as group account director. Her brand experience includes T-Mobile, Chevron and Carter’s. She's the first hire under the A&O label.

The agency also added Fresh Consumables, a content production studio, last year. Both Artists&Outlaws and Fresh Consumables will relocate to new offices later this year.

The 80-staff agency exceeded $14.1 million in ad revs last year. Its roster includes healthcare, travel, restaurants and entertainment accounts.
