Media agency Kepler has promoted Remy Stiles to global CEO.
She succeeds Rick Greenberg who earlier this year was tapped by parent company kyu collective to run a group of the firm’s specialist agencies organized
under the kyu Pulse banner.

Separately Kepler promoted Mallory Simmonds to CEO Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia
Pacific.
Stiles has been with the agency for 13 years, most recently serving as CEO North America. Before that she was chief strategy officer. Earlier she
was vice president-client solutions.
The agency’s clients include Bloomberg Media, DoorDash, Fidelity, Hasbro and Rhone.
Stiles’ appointment
follows a strong year for the agency, which won 14 new clients in North America. She is credited with overseeing the development of initiatives including Kepler Creative, an
AI-powered campaign planning and activation platform. Under her watch the agency also launched Kepler U, a pro bono training program helping underrepresented talent enter the
marketing industry.
“Since the day we opened our doors in 2012, Remy has been a driving force behind Kepler’s success as an industry innovator,”
said Greenberg.
Simmonds has spent more than a decade at Kepler, where she led the Marketing Analytics department in the U.S., oversaw the company’s global
Amazon advertising unit, and launched its London office in 2018.
