There's a new agency in town — actually in four
towns: Los Angeles, Portland, New York and Chicago. KDSP is named for its four founders: Brock Kirby, Jeff Dryer, Scott Sullivan and Mollie Partesotti.
KDSP considers
itself “the team the agency you were going to hire was going to hire.” Current KDSP clients include Angry Orchard, The Farmer’s Dog and TRULY Hard Seltzer.
Kirby
and Dryer are former Weiden + Kennedy creatives, while Sullivan was an account lead with W+K, Droga5 and Nike. Partesotti was previously Chief Strategy Officer at various agencies, including FCB,
MullenLowe, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
As a group, they have worked on Super Bowl campaigns, won top industry awards and built key brands.
The new shop says its model scales to
client needs and that the partners deliver real, original work.
“We're exactly like the band Toto if you think about it. We spent years as the hired guns, crafting hits from the shadows.
Now we're ready to start our own band,” said Kirby.
