The top 10 restaurant and alcohol Marketing Daily stories for 2025 were a mixed bag of trendy brand collabs, promotions and campaigns.

The most-read story of 2025 was, unsurprisingly, a brand collaboration from Wisconsin Neighbors Leinenkugel Brewing, Duluth Trading, where the beer maker and clothier from America’s Dairyland came together for an extensive merch drop of socks, menswear and vacation supplies.

The second most-read story was early in the year with Budweiser Clydesdales Have New Look For Super Bowl, where the beer brand teased the introduction of Jake, a young Clydesdale, ready to join the Budweiser team in his first Super Bowl spot.

Red Lobster took the third spot with Red Lobster Announces GLOAT, 'Greatest Lobsterfest Of All Time' marking the return of the brand’s popular crustacean promotion since emerging from bankruptcy with an ad featuring NBA All-Star Blake Griffin.

Whataburger Celebrates 75th Anniversary With Throwback 75-Cent Burgers came in fourth place, detailing how the chain commemorated its diamond anniversary with retro pricing, events and limited edition merch.
