Prior to forming Opinionated, Fitzloff was a partner and senior creative at Wieden & Kennedy for a
decade.
Opinionated has gained recognition for its work for adidas, dating app Hinge, Panda Express and other clients.
Tombras pointed
to Opinionated’s “proven ability to build creative, effective, and culturally resonant brand platforms for national and global clients,” as a key reason
for acquiring the agency.
The acquisition follows the 2024 purchases of two agencies by Tombras, including The Burns Group, based New York and Buenos Aires
agency Niña.
With the Opinionated deal, Tombras now has over 600 staff worldwide. It also has offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, NC and Washington,
DC.
