Nimmo Heads Customer Engagement For Cheil UK

Integrated digital marketing-ad agency Cheil UK has selected Nicola Nimmo as head of customer engagement to lead a new offering, Intelligent Engagement.

The new capability is designed to meet client demand for more connected engagement beyond fragmented CRM and platform-led personalization. It combines retail insight, content and data to drive growth.

Nimmo's charge is to lead Cheil UK’s new function and deliver client results. She reports to Camacho.

Most recently, she founded and led crft consultancy. Previously, Nimmo held senior posts at Iris, Publicis, MSQ/MBAstack, PSONA and 23redb streamlining operations to ensure commercial expansion. 

Cheil UK does extensive creative work for Samsung, as well as for clients across tech, retail, fashion and CPG.

Cheil UK is part of Chiel Worldwide, which operates in 45 countries and includes BMB and McKinney.
