
Omnicom is bolstering its
consulting expertise with the hiring of Jantzen Bridges as global president of Credera, the firm’s enterprise transformation consultancy.
The appointment for the
newly created role comes as more clients are seeking redesigns of their data platforms, technology strategies, and processes in the AI era. Bridges will shape service and delivery
strategy and partner on large-scale, AI-enabled transformation programs that drive creative, commerce and media capabilities.

Omnicom acquired Credera in 2018 when the practice
had three offices and a staff of 300. And with increased client demand for its services, Credera has expanded to 20-plus locations worldwide with over 3,000 staff. Clients
include Lilly, Mercedes Benz, Lloyds Banking Group, AstraZeneca and more.
Bridges brings more than 20 years of senior level consulting experience to the role leading enterprise client
projects at Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom Consulting, and EY. Most recently, she was a founding principal of EY Studio+, where she helped organizations re-architect their growth engines using
AI-first strategies and platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow.
Bridges reports to Justin Bell, global CEO of Credera. “Her appointment reinforces our role as a
strategic partner to executives who are rethinking how growth, marketing, and operations function in an AI-driven world,” stated Bell.
