Sarah Hofstetter, who has spent the last six years at Publicis
Groupe-owned Profitero+, first as president and then as chairwoman, is leaving the firm to start a consultancy.
“I’ve spent my career helping companies turn disruption into
advantage, not by talking about change but by building through it,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “So instead of doing it for just one company, I’m moving to a portfolio
model, operating across companies and categories at inflection points and helping leadership teams convert volatility into operating advantage.”

Profitero+ is an
ecommerce analytics and digital optimization agency that Publicis acquired in 2022 and that became part of Publicis Media. Earlier she was president of Comscore and
before that CEO of Dentsu’s 360i.
Hofstetter has already lined up several new roles, including senior advisor to Publicis Media CEO Dave Penski and
senior advisor to Boston Consulting Group-Consumer Practice.
She will continue serving on the boards of The Campbell’s Co. and Kenvue, as well as co-hosting the podcast "Brave
Commerce."
She also hinted at “one more move coming. Stay tuned.”
