The agency Walton Isaacson has
named Maria Robles vice president of business development, leading new business strategy.
Previously, she was vice president, growth and marketing, D&A Communications, where she built
the agency’s business development infrastructure and led rebranding efforts.
Before that, she was vice president, growth at the EGAMI Group, serving Fortune 100 and 500 clients across
healthcare, CPG, QSR, financial services and retail. In addition, Robles was key in securing new partnerships with AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson. She also led cultural competency initiatives
for PepsiCo. Robles held the same vice president role at The Brand Guild.
“Maria’s appointment marks an important step in building the Walton Isaacson of the future. She brings a
modern growth mindset that blends cultural relevance, integrated thinking and commercial rigor," said Juan Bonilla, WI president. "As we continue to expand our capabilities and deepen our client
partnerships, Maria will play a central role in shaping a more intentional, scalable approach to growth.”
