All Systems Go: Moving Email, Other Channels Into One Platform

Retail dealerships often struggle to communicate with customers across all channels, a task that many perform manually. One possible solution is being offered by voAIce Corp. 

The new tool, called OliviaAI, is an autonomous AI communications platform designed to manage every customer interaction via phone, email, text and web. The goal is to connect data, communication, and autonomous AI into a single operating system.

Neither a chatbot nor a workflow automaiton system, OliviaAI is a live communications platform that replaces what the firm says is the most failure-prone layer of dealership operations: inconsistent human follow-up.

“AI will not replace dealerships,” says Richard Latman, CEO of voAIce Corp., in a statement. “But dealerships that operate with continuous intelligence will replace those that rely on human timing and availability.” 

Latman adds that OliviaAI gives dealers “a structural advantage: speed, consistency, and scale that simply cannot be matched manually.”

The system answers inbound phone calls, initiates outbound follow-up and manages text and email conversations and web chat interactions.

OliviaAI is built for high-velocity retail environments like automotive and RV. 

It also offers a platform called  DealerCRM. Dealers can use these tools without having to redo their entire technology stack, resulting in faster response times, increased engagement and appointment conversion, the company claims.
