Peloton Wants To 'Push' Users To Move With Joy

Fitness company Peloton partnered with Division and Denim in Toronto to produce its "Find Your Push" campaign.

Directed by Bethany Vargas and featuring Hudson Williams – star of Max's hockey romance “Heated Rivalry” – the campaign runs in the U.S. and Canada across TVC, OTT, OLV, paid digital, paid and organic social and digital OOH.

Megan Imbres, Peloton’s CMO, said: “Our goal with this campaign was to capture that feeling of total freedom. By reclaiming ‘Let Yourself Go,’ we’re reminding the world that when you move with us, you aren't just hitting a goal, you’re finding a sense of personal joy that is entirely unique to Peloton.”

The full spot follows Williams running on the Peloton Tread+, accessing the screen's strength-training options. By illustrating various exercises, the ad showcases the Peloton’s 15+ modalities, as well as the relationship members often have with instructors. His movements are set to David Bowie’s ‘Fame,’ with dance movement choreographed by Tyrik Patterson.

“‘Let yourself go’ feels very in line with my beliefs. It’s amazing what fitness can do for your life. I think everyone needs a form of movement that liberates them,” added Williams. The campaign is the latest iteration of Peloton’s ‘Let Yourself Go’ brand platform.

The 14-year-old company has millions of members in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Europe and Australia.
