Infiniti USA and Nissan USA are
swapping marketing executives.
Shelley Pratt is now Nissan’s director, brand and retail demand media. She reports to Allyson Witherspoon, Nissan CMO and global brand
adviser.
Pratt had been director, marketing communications and media at Infiniti since January 2022. Her responsibilities included leading the strategic development and
implementation of Infiniti's marketing communications, creative campaign launches and paid media strategy.
She has nearly 16 years total at Infiniti USA in various marketing
positions, along with two years at Nissan where she was an interactive marketing specialist and model line specialist.
Replacing Pratt at Infiniti is Rob Martin. Most recently
at Nissan USA, Martin was director and head of media, partners and experiential marketing. He led strategy for a nine-figure media and experiential marketing portfolio, across digital, social,
TV and major partnerships.

Martin reports to Eric Ledieu, who was promoted to vice president, Infiniti Americas, earlier this month.
Infiniti and
Nissan have undergone many marketing changes in the past year.
In January, Tiago Castro became senior vice president, U.S. marketing and sales, Nissan and
Infiniti. He previously was vice president, Infiniti Americas, overseeing the brand's overall performance in the United States, Canada and Mexico, including strategic direction, planning,
operations, retail network and sales and marketing.
Castro leads all marketing and sales activities for the Nissan brand in the U.S. and oversee the Infiniti business across the
Americas. His responsibilities will span brand and product management, marketing, sales and service, retail network development, client experience and overall business operations, including sales
performance and profitability.
Last May, Tony Gardina was
appointed director of marketing operations and strategy, Infiniti Americas. He oversees Infiniti U.S. marketing operations, leading the development of offers and incentives to support sales and
volume. The new position was created when Castro took over as vice president of Infiniti Americas, last April.
Vinay Shahani, previously senior vice president, U.S. marketing
and sales, Nissan and Infiniti, left the automaker last September for AT&T.
Michael Soutter was appointed to the position after Shahani left for five months before Castro
was appointed.
