Kolopeaua Takes Creative Reins As ECD, Ready Set Rocket

Ready Set Rocket has appointed Rich Kolopeaua as executive creative director.

Based in New York, he reports to Lauren Bello, CEO.

Previously, the award-winning Kolopeaua was EVP/executive creative director at Mustache. Before that, he was a partner at Fluid and an SVP, group creative director at Deutsch.

"What Rich understands — and what most people underestimate — is that integrated creative isn't just a big idea that gets handed off. It's knowing how to make the work land the right way across every touchpoint, every audience, every moment in someone's journey,” said Bello. “Having Rich lead our creative vision is going to be a game changer.”

Kolopeaua has supervised global campaigns for Google, Samsung and Anheuser-Busch.

"I've spent my career pursuing creative work that breaks through by bridging brand ambition and real consumer behavior, and RSR fits that perfectly,” said Kolopeaua. “Lauren has shaped it into an agency with creative range, with the strategic depth and analytical rigor to back it up. That doesn't come along often."

The integrated agency is a Sia Partners company. Work includes iShares by BlackRock, NBA, Sweetgreen and Seagram's Gin.
