VML Health has appointed Jason Graff global chief creative officer. Based in New
York, Graff will oversee the agency’s creative across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He will join the VML Creative Council, led by global chief creative officer Debbi
Vandeven.
Graff succeeds Mel Routhier, who has led VML Health’s creative team for the past two years and is now shifting into a new role as VML co-chief
creative officer, North America.

The agency’s specialty services span life sciences, pharma, HCP, DTC and consumer health.
Graff joins from AREA 23, New
York, an Interpublic health specialist that’s now part of Omnicom. He served as executive vice president-executive creative director for nearly a decade.
Graff’s career has
spanned both consumer and health. Before joining AREA 23, he held executive creative director roles at Publicis and the Kaplan Thaler Group, working with brands such as Wendy’s, Trojan and
Abbott Nutrition.
