Creative agency Joint is adding Ayla de Moraes to its
senior team in a new role: head of strategy.
She reports to Rowenna Prest, Chief Strategy Officer, and will lead various accounts, including Amazon, Pilgrm’s Europe
and Belvoir Farm, to scale its strategic direction.
Most recently, de Moraes was head of strategy at Orange Panther Collective, where she worked for the Financial Times, among
other brands. She also served as a strategy partner at McCann London.
As strategy director for Publicis Poke, she handled the Nestle and Garnier portfolio. Earlier agency stints include
Grey MENA and VCCP.
She counts Avis, Budget, Fentimans and Mercedes among her brand work.
Prest said her new hire “brings an incredible breadth of experience from big
network agencies to small independents, spanning brand and digital strategy, all of which makes her perfectly placed to answer any modern marketing challenge.”
