London's Miroma Group Acquires Control Of Ad Results Media

 

London-based marketing firm Miroma Group has acquired a majority stake in Ad Results Media (ARM), which is headquartered in Houston.  

Miroma bought its stake from Shamrock Capital, the Los Angeles-based investment firm. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

ARM is a creator, audio and performance media agency, working with brands including FanDuel, Molson Coors and ZipRecruiter.   

Miroma said the acquisition adds offices in New York, Houston and Los Angeles and represents its biggest expansion into the U.S. market to date. With the deal, its annual media expenditures are estimated at more than $750 million. 

Miroma is headed by CEO Marc Boyan.   

Combined, the group employs more than 900 people and includes agencies such as Mx Location Experts, Fold7, SpotCo, Maker Lab, Dewynters, Sold Out and Miroma Founders Network. Clients include Adidas, Carlsberg, Amazon Audible, McDonald’s, Live Nation and Google.  

Jordan Fox will remain CEO of ARM, and Shamrock Capital will retain a minority stake in the business.
