Digital marketing agency Incubeta has promoted Amy Crowther to CEO Americas.
She was previously president of the region.
Crowther succeeds Alex Langshur who has stepped into an executive advisor role, focusing on M&A strategy and other areas.

The agency also announced that Ed Flower has joined Incubeta full-time as Group Chief Commercial Officer. He previously led his own consulting
company.
And Lani Cummins has been elevated to CEO, APAC. Previously managing director—Australia, she succeeds Sam Shennan who left the agency in
March.
