
Just about every other step in the
email process can be automated, so why not governance? As if to answer that question, Stensul has debuted a tool that it says can govern email campaign content as it is created.
The new
release, part of the company’s Governed Creation platform, can be integrated with Figma, adding governance to email design, and WRITER, bringing AI-generated copy into campaign creation, the
company says.
In addition, Stensul is building on its integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and is planning support for the next iteration of the Salesforce platform.
This launch follow the June unveiling of Stensul’s MCP Server, a program that allows AI agents work inside Governed Creation.
The new product enables AI-powered email building from
briefs, uploaded documents, prompts and rough first-draft copy. This, in turn, reduces manual copy-paste, layout work and template setup while observing corporate guardrails Stensul claims.

Also embedded in this solution are email previews and accessibility checks, along with expanded personalization controls, it adds.

create now, govern later. That breaks when AI multiplies the volume of content and the number of places it gets created.”
