Outfront, one of the largest out-of-home companies in the U.S., today
announced several leadership appointments and promotions, including the addition of IPG veteran Huw Griffiths to the new position of Chief Data Officer.
Paul Valente has been named
senior vice president-talent acquisition and Salim Holder is named vice president- multicultural growth and partnerships. Those positions are also new.

Caitlin Kelly is named vice
president-communications. That role has been vacant for years.
Internally, Liz Rave has been elevated to senior vice president-marketing and Michael Perrotta is promoted to senior vice
president-internal audit.
Griffiths will lead the company’s data, audience, analytics and measurement capabilities, reporting to head of digital strategy Jeff
Hackett.
He served 15 years at IPG media agency UM including 8 years as global chief product officer, overseeing global research, data, tools, and
analytics. He then shifted to sibling firm Kinesso where he was global chief product strategist. He left in 2024 to start his own consulting company.
Valente will lead the
firm’s recruitment efforts. Previously, he was head of talent and executive search at AMC Networks.
Prior to joining Outfront, Kelly founded EZ Newswire a communications tech
platform backed by investors such as Hearst. Earlier she served for six years at MediaLink.
Holder is tasked with building partnerships that expand the company’s reach across
influential cultural communities and organizations. He previously founded The New Trade Program.
