After launching its unified Meta One subscription hub in May, Meta has begun rolling out enhanced features designed to help businesses and creators boost their presence across the tech
giant’s family of apps.
Based on a series of screenshots shared on Threads by app researcher Jonah Manzano, Meta is introducing various updates
via informational pop-ups.
Meta One subscribers now have access to a “Bold follow button,”
designed to draw the attention of users viewing Reels made by subscribers with a Facebook Professional Profile.

An “enhanced profile” feature allows subscribers to display their off-platform sites and profiles so users can follow them “everywhere.”
In addition, subscribers have expanded access to Meta’s AI-powered response tools within the Messenger app and the option to add up to three location listings via an
updated profile listing feature.
According to Manzano, Meta is also promoting a new feature that allows Meta One subscribers
to “Grow followers automatically” by sending automated follow invitations to users who engage with the subscriber’s content.
These updates showcase Meta’s ongoing investment in its professional-focused subscription business.
Meta initially teased
expanded subscriptions in January. At this time
it introduced premium offerings separate from the company's existing Verified options across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp while also introducing its Meta One offerings, tailored to users
with professional goals and those who are curious about AI and the company’s evolving chatbot generation tools.
While Meta has not shared specific user numbers regarding its subscription business, in its most recent quarterly earnings report, the company surpassed $1
billion in “Other Revenue” for the first time, growing 73% year-over-year.
As the company
invests more money in data centers and AI development, amidst mounting regulatory pressures and fines, subscription revenue could help the tech giant alongside its thriving advertising business.
