The NFL has extended its ban on prediction market advertising during games to in-stadium signage, club sponsorships and player endorsements, describing its policy
for the first time on the record, Gambling Insider reports. In addition, the NFL has clarified its policy on the sportsbooks allowed to advertise. “During NFL games, sportsbook
partners must advertise one of their approved products,” said Tim Schlittner, the NFL’s director of communications. “They cannot do general advertising. They cannot
advertise prediction markets.”
