Joanne Wilson is stepping down from her role as Chief Financial Officer at
WPP and as an Executive Director, the company said. Wilson has a 12-month notice period and is joining wine and spirts marketer Diageo as CFO after an agreed upon departure date.
She joined
WPP in April of 2023 after serving as CFO at beverage company Britvic.

WPP said it has started the search for a new CFO and Wilson will remain at her post through a transition
period.
