Accenture has announced to employees that it will now spend only $29 a month per person on Claude, 404 Media reports. Some had been running up bills of up to $1,000. This illustrates what is
happening in all types of industries — that many users are burning or “chewing” through AI tokens. Accenture’s move is ironic, given that the consulting giant has encouraged
clients to invest in artificial intelligence.
