MassMutual Financial Group has selected Mullen as its agency of record to handle integrated marketing communications, including advertising, direct-response, and interactive marketing. Mullen's
mediaHUB unit will handle media planning and buying. Mullen succeeds Lowe Worldwide, a fellow IPG company, which served as MassMutual's lead agency since 1999. Mullen will be responsible for brand
positioning, creative development and media strategy. The account is valued at $15 million.
