Pepsi Completes Lane Affiliated Acquisition

The Pepsi Bottling Group has completed its acquisition of Lane Affiliated Companies, Inc., the eighth largest Pepsi bottler in the U.S., serving portions of Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
