    I understand the thinking behind 'intuitive' versus 'cognitive' being related to response time.

    First, are they measuring the response time on their server?   That is, we served the question at hh:mm:ss and the server received the response at hh:mm:ss.   Or can they measure the time differential on the respondent's device?   Are they using a parellel 'silent ping' to quantify technical latency?

    I live in a regional area in Australia and we have some pretty dodgy internet connections.   If it is server-based then I'd likely be 'cognitive' the majority of the time.
