Wayne, somehow, I don't think that Fox has to worry about Trump buying a stake in OANN if that's all that happens as it takes a lot of work to create and run a top rated cable news channel---plus staying power---like slowly developing a habitual viewing "base" as Fox did way back when. It would take a full blown effort by Trump, himself, plus the defection of cronies such as Hannity, Carlson, etc. and a major Tweeting campaign to stir things up---but is Trump up for that? According to the lefty media, he is notoriously lazy---"fake news?" Also, he might be busy with the many legal battles that are---or will be--- pending. A better idea might be Trump buying Quibi---or what's left of it---and starring in a kick off miniseries featuring a harrassed, bad ass, trial lawyer, helping his clients fight hosts of legal challenges, investigations, impeachments, etc. There, he could put his vast experience to better use than by going the TV "journalism" route.

As long as SDNY et al including possible federal crime prosecution plus a possible further investigation and arrest from The Hague for torture, starting/buying out/continuing another network may not be such a stable investment for the investors.

A better question, with a Biden win, what will CNN and MSNBC do.

Fox News has nothing to worry about if Trump buys OANN as that isn't on a lot of Pay-TV companies only on Direct TV/AT&T and maybe Dish Network.
