    If the iPhone increasing its share to 10.8% from 5.3% a year ago (+5.5 share points in a year) is an "IPhone stampede", then what do you call it when Blackberry increases its share to "almost 20%" from 13.3% "during the quarter" (let's call it +6.5 share points in a quarter) .... would it be a Blackberry tsunami?

    Surely that sort of share growth in a single quarter is the more important and relevant thing to be commenting on.

    Personally, I would probably choose an iPhone if it was available at Verizon. Not that I am anywhere near an advocate for that company, but it has the best signal and I can always say goodby after a conversation. However, the game changer for everyone will be when the feds end the exclusivity or if Apple (and the other companies for that matter) realize that more sales equal more share.
