Benihana, operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, named Cramer-Krasselt as its creative and media agency of record. The agency's New York office will be responsible for all national and
local market advertising, media buying and planning as well as digital, search and direct marketing. New work will debut this fall. Wieden + Kennedy New York previously handled the account.
