TargetCast tcm has been named agency of record for asset management firm Rydex SGI.The agency is responsible for all media duties on the account, including digital, search and print. The agency will
work in partnership with Rydex SGI's current creative agency, Boston-based independent MMB. The account was awarded without a review. Spending was not released.
