Mashable is reporting on a survey that reveals iPhone users on Verizon and AT&T have similar satisfaction rates. According to the survey of 4,000 consumers by research firm ChangeWave, 82% of Verizon's iPhone owners were "very satisfied" with their phones and 16% were "somewhat satisfied." Among AT&T customers, 80% were "very satisfied" while 18% were "somewhat satisfied."
Despite the similar satisfaction rates, Verizon customers reported far fewer dropped calls than AT&T (1.8% calls dropped in the past 90 days vs. 4.8%). Perhaps this is the reason 46% of the respondents who said they were planning to buy an iPhone4 in the future will go with Verizon, compared with only 27% who cite AT&T.
