Marketers Differ On Limbaugh Feedback

Update: Via its Facebook page, eHarmony is saying that it is not a sponsor of the show. In full, the post reads, "It has recently come to our attention that there has been inaccurate information disseminated about eHarmony advertising on the Rush Limbaugh Show. eHarmony does not buy advertising on his show nor are we affiliated with him. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value your feedback."

After nearly 200 comments on its Facebook page, ProFlowers spokesperson "Mike" had this to say: "We are sorry for the negative experience caused by the comments that were made by Rush Limbaugh. Although we do not agree with the comments made, we do value your feedback as you are all valued customers. Rest assured, your feedback is heard. We value your comments and are here to help. Our management team will review your concerns."

While over at eHarmony, where I tried to lodge my protest, the company is erasing comments as fast as they are posted. My last comment to eHarmony was an invitation to discuss its social media strategy. I'll post more if/when I hear from anyone there.

Carbonite, another Limbaugh sponsor, is mutely watching massive amounts of comments pile up on its Facebook.

Nothing says open communications and valuing customers like "erasing comments as fast as they are posted." I hope that all the women on that dating site remember that they are all just sluts according to eHarmony's pal Limbaugh.

    TY:

The selective outrage of you and individuals such as Bill Maher of HBO is a joke. How many times has your good friend, Maher, called Sarah Palin a, "C***. I wonder if you were outraged by the behavior of Maher, Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy, John Edwards, Christopher Dodd, Daniel Inouye, and Robert "KKK" Byrd. I am sure you were not, because members of the left, like you, have selective outrage.

Robert "KKK" Byrd was a recruiter for the KKK in West Virginia, in the 1940's.

Frauds and Hypocrites to the Highest Degree.

Ms. Fluke is not a public figure, politically or in the entertainment field. No comparison there. Insurance companies pay for benefits, not tax payers, so that's one of the lies. A woman does not take more pills to have more sex, like viagra, so he does not know what he is talking about. But those facts are not the problem. For RB, it's all about the money and to see how far he is untouchable, godlike in the republican party, to see how far they can bend over for him and sacrifices they will make to his will. And maybe either he hasn't taken his pills or taken too many. But, thank you for showing us your true self and see the mirror images in a better light.
