Miller Genuine Draft Presents 'Get Fresh' Tour

Miller Genuine Draft is partnering with COMPLEX Magazine to present the MGD Get Fresh Tour, a three-city concert series.

Kicking off June 27 in Chicago, the series will pay tribute to the unique style and rhymes of hip-hop's next-generation, featuring Sir Michael Rocks from Chicago, Mistah Fab from San Francisco and Hit Boy from Los Angeles.

As part of the program, MGD is inviting legal-drinking-age consumers to attend private concerts in each city throughout the summer.

The Chicago concert is Sir Michael Rocks on June 27, the San Francisco concert features Mistah Fab on July 25 and the Los Angeles show features Hit Boy on Aug. 29.

In addition to the concerts, COMPLEX Magazine's music editor, Ernest Baker, will host an all-access video series featuring artist interviews, performance clips and artist diaries, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look into the MGD Get Fresh Tour.

The videos will be available online and throughout MGD and COMPLEX Magazine's social channels so that consumers can experience the MGD Get Fresh Tour from anywhere they can access their social media accounts.

"Miller Genuine Draft and hip hop are a natural partnership,” said Abigail Brock, MGD marketing manager, in a release. “MGD will also offer a ton of great video content and even limited-edition, music-inspired cans and aluminum pints for the summer."

Promotion for MGD Get Fresh Tour will be supported by radio, point of sale and out-of-home advertising along with a significant digital push by COMPLEX.
