Talent Agency WME Takes Big Stake In Droga5

Talent agency William Morris Endeavor has agreed to buy a 49% stake in ad shop Droga5 for $225 million, the New York Times just reported.

Executives from both companies said the partnership would allow them to create more brand-supported content by combining their significant advertising and entertainment resources, per the Times.
