Viamedia, a company with its own TV ad exchange, has appointed Kim Norris as its chief operating officer. Norris will take over operations at both Viamedia and placemedia, the company's subsidiary that houses the exchange.

She joins from Cablevision, where she served as executive vice president of emerging business and data analytics. Prior to Cablevision, she worked at Comcast.

Norris will replace Joe Noonan as Viamedia COO, effective March 24. Norris was also the company’s chief revenue officer.
