BIZ DEV: Schwab's Trading Services Names The Richards Group As AOR

The Richards Group was named agency of record for Schwab's Trading Services business. Havas previously handled the account. The agency will handle creative development and digital marketing, with new work launching later this year. "Traders are looking for more than just a trading platform -- they want insights and education, and they want it on their terms," said Trey Robinson, vice president of marketing for Schwab Trading Services. "We are passionate about providing our clients with the resources and expertise they want on their journey to become better traders. The Richards Group understands our purpose inside and out, and we look forward to working closely with them to launch new creative in the coming months." Charles Schwab spent $180 million on measured media in 2013 and $125 million the first nine months of 2014, according to Kantar Media.
