Y&L Adds Talent After Account Wins

In recent months, full-service agency Young & Laramore (Y&L) has landed the KraftMaid Cabinets and Kelty Outdoor accounts and now, the Indianapolis-based full-service agency is bolstering its staff to handle this new growth spurt.

First, Brad Bobenmoyer is adding VP, Marketing to his Account Director duties. In this newly created role, Bobenmoyer will become leader of the agency’s new business development efforts as well as oversee clients Allegion, Schlage and Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance.

Deidre Lichty joins the agency as Writer, and will work on the KraftMaid business. She previously was a copywriter at the Cutwater agency. 

Lynn Kendall is named production manager, working across the agency's entire client roster. Kendall comes to the agency from Miles Printing, where he was an account executive. Both Lichty and Kendall will report to creative directors Bryan Judkins and Trevor Williams.

And Sarah Scranton is named account manager, working on the agency's KraftMaid and Upland Brewing Co. accounts and reporting to Account Directors Bobenmoyer and Nick Prihoda. She was previously account manager at ExactTarget, recently rebranded as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Y&L employs 48 with a client roster that includes Brizo faucets, Schlage locks, Allegion security systems, Goodwill retail stores, New Balance lacrosse brands Warrior and Brine, Farm Bureau Insurance, Upland Brewing Company, and Building Tomorrow, an organization building primary schools in East Africa.
