Stun Creative developed a Father’s Day spot for Dove Men+Care about Dad’s “RealStrength” last year that went viral with over 10 million views in the first five days after its release. It was then adapted for a Super Bowl spot earlier this year.
Now the agency has been drafted for Mother’s Day campaign duties by several big marketers and brands, including Sears, California Pizza Kitchen and Diet Coke.
Sears’ “More for Mom” campaign is a series of Mother’s Day makeover videos starting with this Montage spot, which has rolled out on YouTube and on the Sears home site and will be followed by additional videos through Mother’s Day on May 10, including a spot called “Kimberly.”
Launched earlier this month, California Pizza Kitchen’s Dear Mom campaign was created both for the restaurant chain and Diet Coke. The campaign centerpiece is a moving 60-second spot featuring tributes to mothers by their children, starring real-life CPK customers. The spot also announces a “Dear Mom” sweepstakes, asking viewers to “share your stories celebrating mom” for a chance to win a vacation package at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

This latest Stun work comes on the heels of Parenting Unfiltered, another emotion-driven family campaign that the shop did for baby food brand Plum Organics.
