Havas Helia has been tasked with creating a global customer engagement strategy and communications plan for Regus to support its ongoing global expansion plan. The appointment follows a competitive
pitch run by Agency Insight. OgilvyOne picked up Regus’ global customer engagement account in April last year. However, a spokeswoman for OgilvyOne said it was a year-long contract.
