Shoshana Winter is moving from Dentsu Aegis Network's mcgarrybowen to sister agency Vizeum as part of the network’s approach to “liquid talent.”
It is a commitment to rotate key personnel across accounts, companies and geographies to both enrich talent and drive better business outcomes for clients.
In the role of Chief Strategy Officer, Winter will be responsible for driving strategic leadership and collaboration across agency teams, as well as oversee the agency’s digital-first approach.
She will be based in New York City and report to Vizeum U.S. CEO Steven Feuling.
"Her bold approach to strategy has resulted in some of the most innovative creative and media work on both the client and agency side," says Feuling. "Her proven track record and leadership experience makes her the obvious choice to lead Vizeum’s future growth in the digital space.”
While at mcgarrybowen, Winter served as executive planning director, digital integration. There, she developed marketing campaigns for clients such as Verizon, Chase and Intel. Prior, she served as SVP of strategy and planning at iCrossing, where she led work on brands including ING, Ally Bank, LG Electronics, and DirectTV.
Winter started her career at kbs+ working on integrated marketing campaigns for Snapple.
Winter replaces Nadine Young, who moved to Blue 449 as Global Head of Strategy.
