Coke Life Sugar Cut In Bid To Boost Sales

Coke Life will contain 45% less sugar than regular Coke from April, instead of 33% less sugar, as food and drink companies continue to reformulate products in response to consumer change and a harsher regulatory climate. Coke Life, which was launched in the UK in September 2014, is sweetened with a mix of sugar and stevia plant extract and the recipe has been changed to include a greater level of the latter. A 330ml can of Coke Life will now contain 76 calories and 19 grams of sugar.
