Jan Weinstein is jumping from Dentsu Aegis Network’s Carat to join sibling agency Vizeum U.S. as its newly created Client President to oversee the agency’s New York-based clients. The 30-plus-year agency veteran will be based in New York City and report to Vizeum U.S. CEO Steven Feuling.

At Carat, which she joined in 2008 Weinstein was a managing director and led a roster of blue chip clients including Pfizer, Macy’s, Beiersdorf, Philips Lighting among others.

Prior to Carat Weinstein led media teams at FCB for a number of Big Pharma accounts and brands including Lilly, Merck, Roche, Alcon, NuvaRing as well as the U.S. Census Bureau.

Earlier she served at agencies such as MediaEdge, Jordan McGrath and Ted Bates.

Feuling stated: "I have always been impressed by Jan’s capabilities, client leadership skills and energy when we worked together over at Carat, so having her join our team here at Vizeum was only natural. I know that she is already committed and passionate about the development of the agency as a whole.”

Agency clients include Sonos, Seiko, Pernod Ricard, Reckitt Benckiser and Calvin Klein.
