Bloomberg Media Taps Marks As Global Head Of Ad Sales Marketing

Amy Marks has been named Bloomberg Media’s global head of advertising sales marketing, a promotion from her previous position as head of client solutions.

Paul Caine, Bloomberg Media’s global chief revenue and client partnerships officer, made the announcement Wednesday afternoon.

Marks will lead marketing ideas and campaigns across all platforms around the world, including digital, TV, radio, print and live events.

She will continue to expand “market-leading ideas and insights for all of our properties while driving superior, measurable results for our media partners,” Caine wrote in a memo.

Marks joined Bloomberg last year and was part of the team that sold and executed the HPE sponsored green room for Bloomberg <GO>. She also led Bloomberg’s recent CA Technologies partnership for the launch of the tech and travel digital video and television series, “Hello World!”

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Marks was executive director of integrated marketing for People. Marks worked at Time Inc. for 15 years.

According to Caine, one of Marks’ main priorities will be to work with the custom content and creative teams, America’s advertising sales marketing organization and Bloomberg Media’s marketing teams based in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific.
